Designed, owned and managed a worldwide patch management
system with 1,000+ users. The application facilitated timely and
accurate communications on patch status between internal organizations and
external customers, and was praised as highly useful and dependable by IBM
Customer Support Engineers.
Following
Agile and Scrum, managed and successfully implemented the integration with
the Sales Tax Office (STO) software, which made Assurant Field Asset Services
(AFAS) compliant with all state Sales Tax requirements by charging clients
Sales Tax based upon the state where a property resides.

Managed a multi-phased project to completely re-architect
and rewrite AFAS’s systems and applications to be more cohesive and efficient
in order to handle projected future growth. After being assigned to the
project, quickly created a Project Charter and Project Plan to get the
project on track since all phases of the project were being executed
simultaneously.

understand limitations of customer’s requirement so we could determine a
solution.
